04/13/09 Station 25 and other surrounding fire and ambulance companies mourn the loss of firefighter Shamere Pace. On Monday night Station 25 organized a memorial service to honor and remember Firefighter Shamere who passed away on March 28th. Services included readings from the company chaplain Reverend Tutrone and a photo slideshow remembering Shamere's life. Closing services included Shamere's fire helmet being presented to his son Bryan and daughter Kendra. Shamere's gear was then placed on Engine 25-1-2 and the bell was sounded 5-5-5 and the pagers were set off. Members then processed outside and saluted Shamere for his ride out on his last call. 041409100
